What about ongoing maintenance?

All packages include 14 days of post-installation support. For ongoing monitoring, updates, and support, we offer monthly maintenance plans starting at $200/month. We'll discuss this during your consultation if you're interested.

Can my IT team review everything?

Absolutely. We encourage it. We provide full documentation of all configurations and security settings. We're happy to walk through everything with your IT team before, during, and after setup.

What if it doesn't work for my business?

That's why we start with a free consultation—we'll be honest if OpenClaw isn't a good fit for your workflows. If we proceed with setup and you're not satisfied, we'll work with you to make it right or provide a partial refund.

Do you only work with OpenClaw?

Currently, yes—we specialize in OpenClaw because it's the best option for businesses wanting an AI assistant on their own hardware. As the landscape evolves, we may expand to other tools, but our focus is on doing one thing really well.

What areas do you serve?

We primarily serve Oakland, Berkeley, and the broader East Bay. For locations outside this area, we can do remote setup and training via video call, though on-site installation isn't available.
